Below are all of the results from today involving local wrestlers, excluding wrestlebacks. For those, go to escapesports.com. They are showing Surace over lapi via pin, but that has to be a typo/mistake ?

Mitch Klien hg beat the 13 seed first round at 145 in ot.
Good win for Greeley but now he gets to wrestle Eric Lewandowski – welcome to Eastern States.
They just reversed the result with Lapi winning..

Congrats Alex 2 pins in 57 seconds. Next up Peacock at 28-1!
Calvano and more surprisingly Trey have both lost… Trey pinned late in 3rd? Maybe some details on Twitter ??
Longo beat Caputo at 138.
Sabella/Edmund rematch at 195!
It is surprising just how well the kids from The PSAL are doing so far in this tournament. Could this be the year that the PSAL finally gets a NYS champion?
Trey is to hyped up, who cares if he’s a multiple all state wrestler when it really comes down to it he can’t compete with the big D1 boys. I could see delacruz major decisioning him
Wymbs vs Williams should be a great match!
Lol at Fact. Your ignorance is obvious. I have been following this tournament for 8 years now. EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. A highly touted wrestler goes down in a match no one expects him to lose. This tournament is a meat grinder. You know NOTHING.
Trey has BY FAR the best credentials in Section 1. Fargo All American outweighs a State Title. He trains with the likes of Delacruz in the offseason. He handles them all…
Cradle163
BS he handles all of them he wouldn’t beat Delacruz or Realbuto!
Cradle163
You definitely know NOTHING practice is different from a match! Some wrestlers practice great but don’t perform! Trey is a great wrestler but don’t come on here saying he will handle Delacruz! Send Trey to Super 16 let’s see it! Shut Up or Put Up!
All-state is all-state.. on a state level D1/D2 are on the same level. Need proof ? Points for beating section champs and placers differ by division depending which section you are in. Down here D1 worth more, up there D2 worth more, beating a state place finisher doessnt matter which division he is in. Some will quickly try to say that there are guys qualifying for D2 states that aren’t as good as the D1 guys but you have tunnel vision. You’re only thinking of what you see here. Upstate there are weaker guys qualifying in D1.
Now Trey vs. Delacruz, they did use to work together from what I know, Alex used to also work with Dylan, Trey has always worked with Dylan, obviously Alex didn’t work with Dylan last year, So do they still practice with each other who knows (other than that guy that knows everything) but I wouldn’t predict either to handle/major the other.
I’ve said it plenty of times, Alex is one of the scariest wrestlers in the section. He has surprising strength, he’s a good athlete, ton of heart and if you slip he will finish you. Trey has gotten himself into bad position a few times now on big stages. I would predict Delacruz pinning Trey over majoring him. Meaning more likely to catch him than rack up points on him. But official prediction would be Alex over Trey by dec
Craddle163 what’s up with Tyler’s neck ?? Is he going to be ok ?? Vince thinks he is returning soon. But I’ve heard its pretty bad. Never want to see a wrestler go down, hope the rumors are just that
Muldoon beats Delacruz!
If all of you think Alex beats Trey your all drinking the cool aid
Delacruz beats Muldoon at sectionals AGAIN. He was controlling on his feet. Gave up a takedown off a bad shot, and then a bad call gave Muldoon his other ‘takedown’ and then who knows what happened, maybe he bit him, maybe muldoon smacked him in the mouth, by the look of the kids eye though, i think he got mad
Keep hitting the crack pipe moron. If you don’t like getting cross faced then go play chess. But don’t go and bite your opponents arm because your losing! Stop making excuses for your boys poor sportsmanship!
Hope you get all the bad karma coming to you. Taking cheap shots and then talking about sportsmanship ? What happened when it mattered? Delacruz ran through your kid and he took a nap. Don’t like blast doubles ? Go read a book … See its easy to be an a-hole
Taking cheap shots and bad sportsmanship?? I didnt take any shots at delacruz. Your post was direct shot at muldoon and smacked of a little crybaby. Watch the video loser. Big difference between getting taken down on a blast double and easily getting out like Muldoon did and getting taken down, can’t get up so will try and bite my way out! Hopefully they meet again in the sections if all goes well and your boy keeps his mouth on his food and someone’s arm.
