There are four local tournaments going on this weekend, with several other teams traveling outside of Section 1 to seek out competition. I’ll be out of town for a prior engagement, but my colleague Brian Heyman will be covering the Chase Media Group Dual Meets at Yorktown on Saturday. CHASE MEDIA GROUP DUAL MEET TOURNAMENT AT YORKTOWN
Teams: Scarsdale, Sleepy Hollow, Putnam Valley, John Jay, Dobbs Ferry, Hen Hud, Brewster, Carmel, Somers, Croton-Harmon, Byram Hills and Yorktown.
Format: Dual meet; two pools with six teams each
Start time: 4 p.m. on Friday; 9 a.m. on Saturday
Finals: 2:30 p.m. on Saturday
IRVINGTON INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT
Teams: Tappan Zee, Ossining, Westlake, Port Chester, Hackley, Arlington, Pawling, Mattituck (Section 11) and Sayville (Section 11).
Format: Tournament style.
Start time: 9 a.m. on Saturday.
Finals: Approximately 3 p.m.
NINTH ANNUAL CLARKSTOWN NORTH TOURNAMENT
Teams: Horace Mann, Newburgh (Section 9), Wallkill (Section 9), West Islip (Section 11) and Danbury (CT).
Format: Tournament style; round robin.
Start time: 9:30 a.m. on Saturday
Finals: None. Winner is determined after five rounds of round robin.
WOODLANDS DUAL MEET TOURNAMENT
Teams: Yonkers, Woodlands, Fox Lane B, Rye and Pleasantville.
Format: Dual meet; round robin.
Start time: 9 a.m. on Saturday
Finals: 2:30 p.m.

Don’t think Mahopac finishes that high they have maybe 1 placer. If you do a dual meet ranking things would be different.
